This Privacy Policy applies to the BoBo - Co-living Made Simple application ("App"). At BoBo App, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), your trust is the foundation of our community. This document explains in detail what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

To make co-living simpler, we collect information you and your roommates voluntarily provide.

Account Information: To create your account, we require your name and email address. This is used to identify you within your household group and for essential communications.
Household & Task Data: We store the information related to your household, including the names of your roommates, and the tasks, chores, schedules, and reminders created by your group. This includes task assignments, descriptions, frequencies, and completion status.
Pet Information: For households with pets, we store the information you add, such as pet names and pet-related chores, to help manage their care.
Anonymous Analytics: To improve our app, we may collect non-personal, aggregated data about feature usage and performance (e.g., crash reports). This data is not linked to you or your household's specific tasks.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to power the features of the BoBo app and to maintain a healthy community environment. This includes:

To display shared tasks and schedules to all members of your household group.
To send automated reminders and notifications about upcoming or overdue chores.
To calculate and display progress metrics within your household.
To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues you may encounter.
To analyze anonymous data to understand usage patterns, fix bugs, and improve the overall service.

4. Third-Party Advertising

To support the free features of BoBo, we work with third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). These partners help us keep the core functionalities of the app available at no cost.

Our partners may use your device's anonymous and resettable **Advertising ID** to show you ads that are more relevant to your general interests.
We do not share your personal information (like your name or email) or the specific content of your chores with advertisers. The data shared is non-personal and is used for ad delivery and measurement.
You can typically reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized advertising in your device's main settings (under Privacy > Tracking or Advertising).

5. Data Security & Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with members of your household group as intended by the app's functionality. All your data is stored on secure cloud servers using industry-standard encryption to protect it from unauthorized access.
